Lyra Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small, nimble team building core product functionality for health plans and Lyra’s Bend Health platform. You will guide engineers, collaborate with product, data, and clinical stakeholders, and drive secure, scalable delivery.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, execution, and a mission to transform mental health through cutting-edge software and healthcare partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience including 2+ years management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications.
• Excellent communication skills across a diverse range of audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong bias to action.
• Passionate about Lyra’s mission and transforming mental health.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on technical leader guiding a small team in designing and delivering core product functionality.
• Manage, scale and develop the team.
• Collaborate with key partners including product, data and behavioral health specialists.
• Ensure that best practices are adhered to during all phases of software development and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards.
