About The Role

We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to join our Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team. In this role, you will lead and scale our Systems Architecture team, driving the operational strategy and multi‑system integrations that power Lyra’s provider network platform. You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders to solve complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless, sustainable data flows across provider‑facing systems.

Core Focus Areas

  • Architectural Ownership: Independently own complex cross‑system integrations and multi‑tool data pipelines across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Translate Clinical and Operations strategy into actionable technical roadmaps while resolving cross‑departmental bottlenecks.
Responsibilities:
  • People Management & Operational Leadership: Serve as direct people manager to an operational team within Provider Core Ops. Develop tactical team plans, delegate work effectively, drive team performance against service line metrics, and invest in team culture and career development.
  • Architectural Ownership & Integration: Independently direct the operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high data integrity across all provider‑facing platforms.
  • Cross‑Functional Strategic Unblocking: Partner closely with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations leadership to surface risks, resolve departmental tensions, and clear execution roadblocks for your team.
  • Operational Planning & Execution: Develop, prioritize, and adjust team roadmaps aligned with broader Provider Core Ops goals. Drive medium-to-large cross‑functional initiatives from scope to delivery.
  • Operational Reporting & System Health: Monitor operational health metrics, evaluate platform performance, and surface automation opportunities to inform long‑term infrastructure investments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related technical-ops function within a high‑growth environment.
  • People Leadership: Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, and mentoring team members.
  • Technical & Systems Acumen: Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and direct experience managing multi‑system data flows and integrations.
  • Strategic & XFN Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to balance granular technical details with executive‑level strategy while influencing cross functional stakeholders.
  • Operational Insight: Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics to evaluate team performance and streamline system workflows.
