Job summary

Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Associate II on the Provider Enablement team to help us grow and scale Therapy programs. This role is a great fit if you enjoy working closely with therapists to enable their success, have a passion for frictionless clinical onboarding experiences, and bring project management discipline to scale.

As we move through 2026 and beyond, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our expanding network is technically supported and operationally ready to provide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement experience.
• Fluency in Google Suite is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, Gemini, and EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Execution & Technical Facilitation: Lead live and asynchronous training sessions, manage agendas, troubleshooting, and attendance.
• LMS Administration: Manage WorkRamp operations, module setup, and automated nudges to drive engagement.
• EHR and Tech Systems Setup Optimization: Partner with Tech and Clinical teams to monitor EHR/tech setup experience and design scalable onboarding solutions.
• Training Monitoring & Engagement: Track provider training progress and update onboarding communications and templates.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee end-to-end onboarding logistics, ensuring prerequisites, documentation, and access are completed on time.
