Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or related technical-ops role in a high-growth environment.
• Direct people manager with proven ability to set roadmaps, delegate tasks, and mentor team members.
• Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and multi-system data flows and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical with fluency in operational metrics to optimize team performance and workflows.

Responsibilities

• People management and operational leadership for an operational team within Provider Core Ops.
• Architectural ownership of complex tool integrations and data pipelines across provider-facing platforms.
• Cross-functional unblockings: collaborate with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations leadership to surface risks and remove roadblocks.
• Develop, prioritize, and execute team roadmaps aligned with Provider Core Ops goals.
• Monitor operational health metrics and identify automation opportunities for long-term infrastructure investments.
