Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is hiring an Operations Associate II for the Provider Enablement team to scale onboarding and training for our therapy network. The role focuses on training execution, LMS administration, and optimizing EHR/tech setup to deliver smooth provider experiences.

You will monitor progress, update communications, and own end-to-end training logistics while collaborating with Clinical, Credentialing, and IT teams to maintain accurate enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Google Suite required.
• Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini, and EHR is preferred.
• Strong project management and autonomy in multi-workstream environments.
• Passion for supporting clinicians and enabling scalable training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and moderate live and asynchronous training sessions; manage agendas and attendance.
• Manage day-to-day WorkRamp operations and module setup.
• Collaborate with Tech and Clinical teams on EHR/tech setup; design scalable onboarding.
• Track training progress and tailor onboarding emails and automated nudges.
• Own end-to-end training logistics and access provisioning.
• Serve as primary provider liaison delivering high-standard customer service.
• Identify tech pain points and propose mitigations to improve KPIs.
• Identify gaps in training workflows and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with Clinical, Credentialing, IT to align training materials.
• Support Bend integration within the Lyra ecosystem; adapt to change.
