  • Architectural Ownership & Integration: Independently direct the operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high data integrity across all provider‑facing platforms.

  • Cross‑Functional Strategic Unblocking: Partner closely with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations leadership to surface risks, resolve departmental tensions, and clear execution roadblocks for your team.

  • Operational Planning & Execution: Develop, prioritize, and adjust team roadmaps aligned with broader Provider Core Ops goals. Drive medium‑to‑large cross‑functional initiatives from scope to delivery.

  • Operational Reporting & System Health: Monitor operational health metrics, evaluate platform performance, and surface automation opportunities to inform long‑term infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related technical‑ops function within a high‑growth environment.

  • People Leadership: Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, and mentoring team members.

  • Technical & Systems Acumen: Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and direct experience managing multi‑system data flows and integrations.

  • Strategic & XFN Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to balance granular technical details with executive‑level strategy while influencing cross functional stakeholders.

  • Operational Insight: Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics to evaluate team performance and streamline system workflows.
