Fujitec America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead service, repair and operations, manage personnel, and guide projects with independent judgement. The role emphasizes safety, quality audits, budgeting, and coordination with sales and local stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering/construction/business management, at least five years in a related field, and a valid driver's license with 15% local travel.

• Education: Bachelor's in engineering, construction, or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 15%

Responsabilidades

• Manage service, repair and operations processes, employees and projects.
• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Visit job sites and perform quality audits to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of route work.
• Review route management and callbacks using accounting reports to improve profitability.
• Provide technical input to sales on scope of work and materials, including labor and material costs.
• Administer parts program for contract service and repair to meet budget and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule labor resources efficiently and manage performance to estimates.
• Forecast labor, material, and field performance monthly.
• Ensure monthly service and repair plans meet revenue and margin targets.
• Ensure weekly payroll is accurate and reflect changes as needed.
• Review job status to identify risk and opportunity and report fade issues prior to revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, contractors, elevator consultants.
• Mediate and resolve complaints with external and internal customers including union issues.
