Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee modernization, NI construction, and repair projects. You will coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of materials while communicating with general contractors, owners, managers, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years as an individual contributor, a valid driver’s license, and a 20% local travel expectation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in a related field.
Minimum 2 years as an individual contributor.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Local travel requirement: 20%.

Responsibilities

Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization, NI construction and repair.
Communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and regulatory agencies regarding project design and scheduling.
Set up new projects at award and pre-plan for success.
Know, understand, and manage all projects per contract, specs and exclusions/clarifications.
Identify and negotiate change orders and submit for processing.
Review, coordinate and manage submittal process with stakeholders and verify accuracy.
