Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking an Operations Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting technical and regulatory standards. The role requires coordinating materials, scheduling, and deliveries for modernization and repair projects.

You will liaise with contractors, owners, managers, architects, and authorities to align project design, preparations, and installation timelines. Strong planning, communication, and cost awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in related field required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an individual contributor.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Local Travel Expectations: 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization, NI construction and repair jobs.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and regulators about project design and installation scheduling.
• Set up new projects at award and pre-plan for project success.
• Manage projects per contract, specs and exclusions/clarifications.
• Identify and negotiate change orders and submit for processing.
• Manage submittal review with stakeholders and verify against specs, RFIs and change orders.
