Job summary

Fujitec America seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch service operations, coordinating field mechanics, parts, and support to complete service, repairs, maintenance, modernization, and project work safely and on schedule.

You will lead safety programs, manage staff and payroll, monitor budgets, engage with contractors and customers, and ensure compliance with elevator industry codes while driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program and perform safety audits.
• Plan, direct, and prioritize installations, services/repairs, and labor needs.
• Manage staff, schedules, and review payroll.
• Monitor vehicle use and assignments.
• Review bids, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of elevator codes and SOPs.
