Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Plan, direct, and prioritize elevator installations, service, repairs, and labor needs.
• Manage staff, schedules, and review payroll.
• Monitor vehicle use and assignment.
• Review bids, change orders, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and other approvals.
• Maintain relationships with owners, property management, contractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and budgeting for projects.
• Communicate with field staff; conduct weekly visits to manage safety and progress.
