You will act as a bridge between sales staff, field teams, and customers to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or business management and at least five years of related experience, with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering, construction, or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Visit job sites and perform quality audits for route work efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Forecast labor, material, and field performance monthly.
