Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking an operations leader to manage service, repair and project execution in the Woodinville area. You will supervise service and repair teams, drive safety programs, and oversee budgeting and labor forecasting while coordinating with owners, contractors, and consultants.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction/business, and a valid driver's license with 15% local travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, construction, or business management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in related fields.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Local Travel Expectations: 15%

Responsibilities

• Administer safety program and perform safety audits.
• Visit job sites and perform quality audits for route work.
• Ensure installation and modernization audits are completed within 15 days of turnover.
• Review route management and profitability using accounting reports.
• Provide technical input to sales on scope of work and costs.
• Administer parts program for contract service and repair to meet budget and satisfaction.
• Schedule labor resources and manage performance to estimates.
• Forecast labor, materials, and field performance monthly.
• Ensure service and repair plans meet revenue and margin targets.
