Fujitec America seeks an Operations Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate materials, scheduling, and communications with contractors, owners, and authorities to drive successful modernization and repair jobs.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree, have at least 2 years as an individual contributor, and can travel up to 20% locally.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s in related
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an individual contributor
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 20%

Mansioni

• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization and repair projects.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, managers, architects and regulators about project design and scheduling.
• Set up new projects at award and pre-plan for success.
• Manage contracts, specifications, and change orders.
• Track submittals, data, and project status daily.
• Prepare and finalize closeout documentation.
