NAPA is seeking a Market Director of Store Operations to lead a multi-store portfolio. You will coach store managers, drive operational excellence, ensure policy compliance, and steer profitability through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, improving service levels, and delivering on financial objectives while championing employee engagement and market awareness. Travel is expected at a significant rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Data-driven ability to analyze data and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multi-unit retail store operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Analyze P&L statements and inventory to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet financial objectives and quotas.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
• Conduct regular store visits and train teams with actionable feedback.
• Drive employee engagement and retention across locations.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.
