Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on hospitality, team development, and product quality. You will train and coach staff, manage scheduling and labor compliance, and partner with People Team to recruit high-caliber talent.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in single-store leadership within growth brands, a strong coffee background, and a track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading a single-store unit in hospitality or consumer brands.
• Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days, and must be available on 2 peak days (often Fri–Sun).

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain an engaging team culture with training, coaching and mentoring.
• Cover scheduling gaps and manage store scheduling per local labor laws.
• Recruit top talent with People Team collaboration.
• Oversee training quality and provide coaching to Shift Leads.
• Ensure coffee quality standards and consistent recipes across shifts.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and presentation per company policies.
• Drive store financial performance and peak business throughput.
