Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead about 25–30 warehouse associates at our Fort Worth fulfillment center. You’ll set expectations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coach teams to perform under dynamic conditions.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional problem solving to ensure smooth operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ownership-focused culture with opportunities to grow within ShipMonk as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment
• Demonstrated experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
• Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
• Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
• Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
• Partner with teams across HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution
