Job summary

ShipMonk in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 25–30 person warehouse team within our fast-growing, on-site fulfillment center. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance while coaching staff, leading shift huddles, and using data to improve labor and workflows.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role with opportunities to grow within ShipMonk. Transitioning military leaders are encouraged to apply, with clear objectives and KPIs to measure success from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years in civilian leadership in operations.
• Experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
• Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
• Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
• Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
• Partner with teams across HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution
