Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Cranbury distribution operations. You will partner with the Supervisor team to resolve day-to-day issues, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive warehousing productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 5+ years of operations management, and the ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and implement process improvements. Familiarity with Excel and SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
• Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop solutions.
• Collaborative across functions with a results-driven mindset.
• Senior presence with articulate communication style.
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supervisor team to solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to improve productivity.
• Monitor service levels and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support strategic initiatives to drive revenue, performance and profitability.
• Coach and develop a team of Operations Supervisors.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with clear follow-through.
• Establish process improvements to drive year-over-year gains.
