Job summary

The Home Depot in Minnesota is offering a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) program. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in overnight freight handling, store operations, and leadership duties under mentorship, with a six-week training period.

Participants will learn OASM responsibilities, work with NRMs, and develop strategies to drive sales, profitability, and safe, efficient store operations during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Prefer demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and support core freight programs.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership to develop actionable game plans.
• Lead by example and uphold all company policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in a structured training program covering retail store management, including operations, customer service, sales and profitability.
• Complete training modules and assessments within the 6-week NOASM-IT period.
