Job summary

True North is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to oversee daily store operations. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure a fast, friendly, and clean guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide active, visible floor leadership during shifts.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
• Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Perform food service tasks per safety standards.
• Support store operations and staffing as needed.
• Act as manager-on-duty during shifts when Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and guide team to improve performance.
