True North Convenience Stores is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to oversee daily store operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members. You will lead with clear direction, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure a fast, friendly guest experience while managing staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, and maintenance.

Formación

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide active, visible floor leadership during shifts and support team members.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform assigned food service tasks following food safety standards, as applicable.
• Act as manager-on-duty during shifts and oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Direct, prioritize, and assign work to CSRs to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and provide real-time coaching and corrective instruction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and cash-handling guidelines.
