Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Previous experience supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and cash controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Provide leadership through direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Safely operate POS and related store equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
