Sky Zone Lakeland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution and a high-energy team. This role guides supervision on the park floor, coaches in real time, and ensures smooth operations from guest check-in to check-out.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on labor planning, safety, and event support, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, guest-facing setting.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach in real time and build trust quickly.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and operational planning.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in to solve problems or run a shift.
• Proficiency with technology and standard operating systems (Office, POS, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and team success across shifts.
• Supervise Team Leads and frontline staff; coach in real time.
• Own shift flow: staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness; ensure safety procedures.
• Collaborate with GM on labor strategy, scheduling, and safety.
• Deliver guest experiences that wow and handle guest recovery when needed.
• Support events, birthdays, and high-volume days with confidence.
• Maintain brand standards and conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Lead by example to create a safe, energetic environment.
