Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in hospitality is a MUST (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants).
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring, retention of staff, coaching, and training.
• Develop weekly schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Lead and influence staff through effective motivation.
• Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs.
