Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a MUST (Theme Parks, FECs, hotels, resorts, casinos or restaurants).
• 1+ year supervisory or management experience required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.
• Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion.
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members in areas of responsibility.
• Professional, energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Computer skills essential - Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment delivering exceptional customer service while directing staff.
• Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, and staff training program execution.
• Develop weekly schedules ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
• Lead and influence staff motivation to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Select and develop staff and trainers for leadership progression.
• Execute employee recognition and incentive programs as directed.
• Assist with inventory control and expense management.
• Oversee all operation aspects: entertainment, food/beverage, attractions and property inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure guest and staff environment.
• Improve operational execution with attention to detail and Urban Air standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
