Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead overall operations in a fast-paced entertainment venue. The role drives guest experience, team accountability and adherence to standards while supporting strategic initiatives.

You will supervise staff, assist with hiring, scheduling, training and performance management, and ensure safe, clean facilities with exceptional customer service. Weekend/evening work is required to align with guest demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a MUST (Theme Parks, FECs, hotels, resorts, casinos or restaurants).
• 3 years’ supervisory or management experience required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment with exceptional customer service and direct staff to high performance.
• Assist in hiring, staff retention, coaching, discipline; ensure training programs are executed.
• Develop weekly schedules and ensure appropriate staffing to maximize guest experience.
• Motivate staff and leverage strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Select and develop staff for leadership roles and internal promotions.
• Oversee employee recognition and incentive programs.
• Assist with inventory and cost control.
• Oversee operations including entertainment, food/beverage, attractions, and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, secure environment for guests and staff.
• Improve operational execution per Urban Air standards and philosophies.
• Other duties as assigned.
