Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants).
• Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring and retention of staff, and ensure execution of staff training programs.
• Lead and influence staff through effective motivation.
