Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director for the Brainerd, MN office. The role focuses on developing and leading in-office staff, and overseeing scheduling, administrative and operational functions, while sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers.

The candidate should bring strong leadership, experience in sales and business development, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited and office-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing office staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee scheduling, administrative and operational functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, caregivers and staff.
• Proven ability to meet sales and business development goals.
• Strong tech-savviness and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage office personnel and support staff to align with company standards.
• Liaise with Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification and updates.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls and quality visits.
• Ensure compliance with state-required supervisory visits.
• Share on-call duties and provide backup for client assessments when needed.
