Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Operating Director who reports to the Operating Director. You will develop and lead the in-office staff and oversee the scheduling, administrative and operational functions of the office.

The role also includes sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers and ensuring state compliance while maintaining high client satisfaction through strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years in admin/office functions preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; may substitute education/experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with company standards.
• Serve as primary contact between the office and Home Base, including payroll notes and shift verification.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and complete quality visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state supervisory visit requirements as necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to client or operations needs after hours.
• Serve as backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
