Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/night/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans with forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet business objectives.
