Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Massachusetts to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will guide productivity through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration across Safety, Engineering, and HR.

You’ll manage large-scale projects with site and regional impact, ensuring timely deliveries while adapting to variable shift patterns and environment conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
