U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee and coordinate operational activities across assigned business areas. You will lead diverse teams, drive service delivery excellence, and ensure compliance with regulations while pushing continuous process improvement.

The role demands strong coaching, goal setting, and performance measurement to build accountability and achieve business outcomes. This position requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
