• Lead and oversee Credit Union operations, monitoring service quality and risk.
• Oversee specialized deposit operations including estates, trusts, and regulatory processing.
• Support BSA/AML and fraud operations with oversight and issue resolution.
• Manage facilities and vendor relationships, including contracts and inspections.
• Ensure security across locations and coordinate with external partners.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements affecting deposit services.
• Lead and develop employees through coaching and performance management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.
