Job summary

Acloché LLC in Freehold, NJ seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives while championing a safety-first culture. You will report to the Site Manager and oversee budgeting, capital projects, and talent development across direct and indirect reports.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing ops, experience in FDA-regulated environments, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Local candidates preferred; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in pharma, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• FDA regulated environments experience.
• Leadership of 100+ total reports (direct + indirect).
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet targets for safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Builds high-performing operating teams through coaching, onboarding, and qualification programs.
• Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to achieve site objectives.
• Advises site leadership on capital investments, operating goals, and long-term growth.
