Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Freehold, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will coach a multi-shift team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with maintenance, engineering and quality to hit safety, quality and cost targets.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of operations management in FDA-regulated environments, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a record of developing talent. Local candidates preferred; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least seven years of similar operations manufacturing management experience.
Experience overseeing production in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/food/beverage).
Experience leading 24/7 operations with direct and indirect reports.
Root cause analysis and corrective action experience; budget management and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Direct 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, daily management, 5S, Kaizen and standard work.
Coach supervisors and team leads; manage hiring, onboarding and succession planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and equipment validations.
Manage budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; advise site leadership on growth.
