Job summary

Preferred Mortgage Services seeks an experienced Operations Lead to bridge our Henderson HQ with a growing Cebu offshore team. You will oversee the launch and expansion of mortgage servicing activities, focusing on loan sales, transfers, reconciliation, and process controls.

You’ll train, mentor, and develop staff, partner with U.S. leadership to drive operating excellence, and help establish scalable workflows across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage servicing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with loan sales and transfers.
• Hands-on mortgage servicing reconciliation experience.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring employees.
• Ability to work across U.S. and Philippines time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in finance/related field; GPA 3.5+.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore Cebu mortgage servicing operations launch and growth.
• Train and mentor team members on servicing processes.
• Partner with U.S. leadership to implement workflows and controls.
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training new team members.
• Develop workflows, training materials, and best practices.
• Travel regularly to Cebu; build high-performing team culture.
