Job description

We’re partnering with a growing regional bank as they’re seeking a Team Lead, Loan Operations Manager. This individual will oversee the bank’s loan servicing and closing functions across a growing portfolio of CRE, C&I, middle market, and ABL loans. You’ll be leading a team of both onshore and offshore individuals. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, team management, and the continuous improvement of loan workflows and procedures. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end loan operations lifecycle, (including syndicated functions) for loan closing, servicing, and processing.
• Work closely with other departments to originate syndicated loan mandates and execute transactions once mandated.
• Monitor loan operations metrics and reporting to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
• Conduct business reviews of credit documentation and handle booking of new transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree qualified with related field with 7+ years’ experience in banking or financial services experience.
• Coming from a loan operations or loan servicing background with syndications experience and/or knowledge within loan agency.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
• Experience using nCino, Salesforce, and/ or Loan IQ is a place.
