Job summary

PMSI is expanding its offshore operations in Cebu, Philippines, and we are seeking an experienced mortgage servicing professional to help lead the journey from Henderson, Nevada with regular international travel. This is a hands-on leadership role to build a new operation and connect U.S.

and Philippines teams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to train, mentor, and establish scalable processes, workflows, and controls while driving performance and quality across both sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with loan sales and transfers required.
• Hands-on mortgage servicing reconciliation experience required.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring employees, training employees, or supervising teams.
• Experience developing procedures, documenting workflows, and improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore Cebu mortgage servicing launch and growth, serving as bridge between Henderson HQ and Cebu operations.
• Train and mentor team members on loan sales, transfers, reconciliation, and related servicing activities.
• Partner with U.S. leadership to implement workflows, controls, and performance standards.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Develop workflows, procedures, training materials, and operational best practices; coach on PMSI processes.

Are you an experienced mortgage servicing professional who knows loan transfers, loan sales, and reconciliation—and would be excited to help build a new operation from the ground up?

PMSI is expanding our offshore operations team in Cebu, Philippines, and we're looking for an experienced mortgage servicing professional to help lead the journey.

This isn't simply another operations role. It's an opportunity to take the mortgage servicing knowledge you've built throughout your career and use it to help establish a new team, develop processes, train and mentor employees, and create a strong connection between our U.S. and Philippines operations.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a hands-on role in building the operation as it grows.

This position reports directly to a Senior Manager and requires regular travel to Cebu, Philippines, including extended assignments based on business and training needs. A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are required. Relocation to Cebu may also be considered. Candidates currently located in the Philippines who meet the required mortgage servicing experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Lead, you'll serve as an important bridge between our Henderson headquarters and our growing Cebu operations.

You’ll help establish the foundation for a successful offshore team by:

• Supporting the launch and continued growth of our Cebu mortgage servicing operations.
• Training and mentoring team members on mortgage servicing processes, with particular emphasis on loan sales and transfers, reconciliation, and related servicing activities.
• Partnering with U.S. leadership to implement operational strategies, workflows, controls, and performance standards.
• Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Coaching employees on PMSI processes, quality standards, client requirements, and servicing best practices.
• Developing and documenting workflows, procedures, training materials, and operational best practices.
• Serving as a key communication link between the U.S. and Philippines teams.
• Monitoring productivity, quality, accuracy, and operational performance.
• Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement and helping implement scalable solutions.
• Supporting client implementations, transitions, loan-transfer activities, and special projects.
• Traveling to Cebu as required to provide hands-on leadership, training, and operational support.
• Helping build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands the complexities of mortgage servicing and enjoys building, teaching, leading, and solving problems.

For this position, mortgage servicing experience is required, not simply preferred. Candidates must have hands-on experience with loan sales and transfers or investor reporting, and reconciliation processes.

The ideal candidate also brings experience with team leadership or mentoring, process improvement, client support, project implementation, training and coaching, documentation and workflow development, and cross-functional or global teams.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take their servicing knowledge and teach it to others while helping us build a strong operation in Cebu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with mortgage loan sales and transfers required.
• Hands-on mortgage servicing reconciliation experience required.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, processes, controls, and data.
• Previous experience leading projects, mentoring employees, training employees, or supervising teams.
• Experience developing procedures, documenting workflows, and improving operational processes.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems; MSP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively across U.S. and Philippines teams and time zones.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to Cebu, Philippines, including extended assignments, is required.
• A current, valid passport and ability to travel internationally are required.
