Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Home Lending Servicing Operations to define and execute the servicing strategy as we scale our mortgage business. You will oversee outsourced partners, shape the long‑term operating model, and collaborate across teams to improve borrower experience and compliance.

You’ll lead high‑performing teams, establish governance, SLAs, and metrics, and drive automation and process improvements across payment processing, escrow, and payoff

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in residential mortgage servicing operations.
• Experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Experience managing outsourced mortgage servicing vendors or BPO relationships.
• Experience developing servicing operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in mortgage servicing functions including payment processing, escrow, payoff calculations.
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Investor Services, or Capital Markets in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and long-term servicing roadmap to support growth.
• Oversee outsourced servicing partners with SLAs, governance, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement automation and servicing capabilities.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, investor obligations, and internal controls.
• Use metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in payments, escrow, and servicing workflows.
• Provide SME guidance on mortgage servicing processes and transfers.
