Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Practice Management Manager to drive operational excellence across the firm’s advisory practice. You will lead process improvements, coordinate initiatives, and support change adoption with ESO and leadership teams.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, collaboration across finance, talent, and technology, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of operations or practice management experience required.
• Minimum of two years in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across assigned service line and ensure alignment with firm standards.
• Coordinate execution of operational initiatives and process improvements to meet deadlines.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and drive change adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, Resource Management, Talent Management, and IT to improve efficiency and system utilization.
• Support regular business meetings, reviews, and leadership planning activities.
• Develop materials and reporting aligned to strategy and priorities.
