Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, improving efficiency, enabling change adoption, and supporting leadership with reporting and communications to promote alignment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of 5 years in operations or practice management.
• Minimum of two years experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and change management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interpreting operational and financial reporting to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational enablement by standardizing processes, tools, and operating models.
• Coordinate execution of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Support change adoption and adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Develop materials and communications for governance and leadership reviews.
• Partner with Finance, Resource Management, Talent Management, and IT to improve efficiency.
