Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field (or 9 years of relevant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process efficiency and change adoption across the practice.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and communications with leadership and ESO teams.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, including dashboards and reporting.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and resource planning, including acquisition activities.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and provide analytics insights.
