Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving, project management, and change management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, operational execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
• Experience interpreting operational and financial reporting to support business decisions and planning
• Self-starter with initiative and discretion in handling confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Drive operational enablement and process optimization across the practice to ensure consistency and scalability
• Support strategic projects, change management, and system implementations with cross‑functional collaboration
• Monitor financial and operational reporting, identify trends, risks, and business implications, and support decision-making
• Coordinate onboarding, staffing, and talent management activities to align with growth plans
