Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Practice Management Manager to drive operational excellence across the assigned service line. You will partner with leadership and ESO teams to implement strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure consistent execution of standards.

You will support financial and operational reporting, manage staffing and onboarding, and contribute to weekly and quarterly leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience within a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving, project management, and change management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across leadership levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interpreting operational and financial reporting to support business decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
