Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of operations or practice management experience.
• At least two years of experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving, project management and change management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational Enablement & Process Optimization: drive standardization of processes, tools, and operating models to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Strategic Projects & Change Management: support strategic initiatives, system implementations, and process transitions.
• Financial & Business Operations Support: assist in interpreting dashboards, monitoring performance, and managing expenses.
• Resource Management, Recruiting & Team Support: coordinate staffing, onboarding, and integration of new teams.
