Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of 5 years of operations or practice management.
• Minimum of two years of experience within a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive operational excellence across the assigned service line.
• Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change efforts.
• Partner with ESO teams to enhance system utilization and reporting accuracy.
• Support staffing, resource management, and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics to identify trends and risks and enable decision-making.
