Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high customer service levels. You will manage staff, budgets, and workflows, driving continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in landscaping or construction, 2–3 years of management, and proficiency with BrightPath, Power BI, and Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with focus on efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Execute weekly/monthly labor planning; monitor expenses and resources.
• Manage procurement and inventory; ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; conduct audits.
• Track KPIs and use BrightPath, Power BI and other systems to drive improvements.
• Ensure high customer service levels and quality at job sites.
• Lead operational projects and coordinate cross-department collaboration.
• Plan for future resource needs and ensure adequate capacity.
