Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations and coach a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, shape schedules, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with the General Manager, and a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing settings.
• Strong communication; provide feedback, coach in real time.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and operational goals.
• Hands-on leadership; jump in to solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS, scheduling tools, dashboards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: Supervise team leads and frontline staff; coach for accountability, energy, and care; assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily park execution, staffing, guest flow, inventory, cleanliness; collaborate on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: Ensure guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to check-out; manage guest recovery with urgency and empathy.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: Conduct safety walkthroughs; maintain clean facilities; enforce brand standards; lead by example.
