Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone in Illinois seeks a Team Lead to oversee daily operations, act as Manager on Duty when senior staff are away, and guide a hands-on shift across multiple park areas.

The role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, coaching staff, driving guest experiences, and upholding safety and quality. Onsite, full-time, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and common office software.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move throughout the park and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when on-site leaders are not present.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Lead across Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive membership and program sales and promote park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports.
• Oversee lead roles in Sales, Parties, and F&B to maintain consistency.
• Coordinate parties and events, including scheduling and upsell.
